What's NOT Included

To maintain focus on critical issues, certain items fall outside the scope of a standard home inspection.

  • Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality or safety
  • Code compliance verification (unless safety-related)
  • Environmental hazards such as mold, lead, or asbestos (unless specifically requested)
  • Concealed or inaccessible areas behind walls, under flooring, or in locked spaces
  • Systems or components that require specialized testing equipment
