Our Working Process

Consultation

Contact us via phone, email, message, or through our price estimator. We’ll send you an estimate and invoice to consider.

02.

Schedule

Please arrange for the best date and time with the seller or real estate agents. We’ll send you the Client Agreement, and ask that you read over our Standards of Practice.

03.

Inspection

The inspection/s can take anywhere from 30 mins to 3 hours, depending on type. We will need access to every part of the home.

04.

Report

We will have the report ready to send via email within 24-48 hours, depending on type. The Full Home Inspection will be sent as a link, for you to download and share.

Full Home Inspection

This inspection is meant for the buyer to know in detail all relevant defects. This can help understand potential costs of repairs, and/or negotiate prices with the seller. We highly recommend this inspection for all buyers.

4-Point Inspection

This inspection is meant typically used for insurance companies to have a general overall view of the condition of the main areas. This quick inspection (30-45 minutes) is not to be confused with a Full Home Inspection (2-3 hours). These inspections are valid for 1 year, and are usually required by your insurance for houses older than 20 years. Check with your agent to be certain.

Wind Mitigation Inspection

This inspection examines the strength of protection from a High Wind Velocity event for your roof, windows and doors. This report is typically valid for 5 years, and is usually necessary for all home purchases in Miami & Broward, regardless of the protection of the home.
