"Daniel at Rise Home Inspections completed an unbelievably thorough home inspection on a property in contract. The report was extensive to say the least and he provided photos that were high quality as well as repair estimates and 4 point + wind inspection. Two moments really stood out to me and verified the quality product that is provided by Rise. The inspector wasn't able to get a clear image of the roof using the drone alone because of vegetation on the roof, he insisted that he wouldn't feel comfortable without going on the roof. 2nd they found a point in the sewage that they couldn't bypass due to a block, instead of writing it off, Daniel and his team made sure to investigate the blockage and go around it from a different location. There was no cutting corners, the inspector accessed a tight attic and narrow crawl space. A+ experience and can't recommend the whole team at Rise enough"
